What is Keepsake Jewellery?

Keepsake jewellery is a specially made piece which features a discreet chamber, usually sealed with a screw, in which to house a small, token amount of ashes, hair, fur, sand, sacred earth, or whatever you want to hold close. Usually in the form of bracelets or pendants, keepsake jewellery is a great source of comfort for those who wear it.

How do I fill my Keepsake Jewellery?

Each piece we supply is provided with a free filling kit with full instructions to guide you through the extremely simple process. It should take you no more than 2 or 3 minutes to do.

Can you engrave my item?

Yes, engraving is available with the vast majority of our products. Please see each individual listing for more details, or contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Absolutely. We'll ship to anywhere on Planet Earth, and the shipping rate depends on where you are and the size of your order, and will range between £14.99 and £24.99 for fully tracked and insured international airmail.

Who do you use for shipping?

Orders within the UK are sent FREE by either Royal Mail or UPS (depending on order size) and all items are tracked and insured for your peace of mind. International orders are also mainly sent by Royal Mail, or UPS/FedEx for larger or expedited orders. Orders received by 4pm are usually dispatched on the same/next working day (Add one extra day for engraved orders).

I need my order quickly. Can you help?

 Ex
press shipping is available as an option at checkout. Express orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day (or the next working day if the piece is to be engraved). UK Express orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. International express orders are sent via UPS/FedEx.

Do you accept returns?

All our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee - if you are not completely delighted with your item when you receive it, you can return it to us in it's original, unused condition for a full refund. The only exception to this is personalised/engraved items, for which we cannot accept returns.

What payment methods can I use?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and we also accept Paypal.

Are your items always in stock?

If an item is listed on our website, then in 99.9% of cases it is in stock and ready to dispatch. In the highly unlikely event of a delay, you will be immediately informed.

How long will my order take to reach me?

Many orders are delivered as quickly as the next working day, but we ask that you allow up to 5 working days for delivery within mainland UK. The majority of our international orders are delivered within 7-10 working days, but please allow up to 30 days for customs clearance etc.

I live outside the UK. Will I be charged customs fees for my item?

Each country has it's own regulations and fees for the importation of goods over a certain value, so it would be wise for you to check with your local Customs & Excise office. We cannot be held liable for any importation fees, and these are solely the responsibility of the importer.

Are the photographs on your website of the exact item I will receive?

We make every effort to ensure that the photographs we use to illustrate our products provide a true likeness of the item, however we should stress that some of our items are hand finished, so in some cases, no two items are exactly the same. There may be very minor variations in colour, shade or finish, but should an item change dramatically then we will always update the relevant photos accordingly.
